Smoothie yum, crazy easy good!!

Smoothies have got to be the easiest whip me up fix for every season. With the mother load of choices all over the internet highway, there is definitely no shortage of options. But, how do you know which to try and which to ditch? Couple of key tips to remember…..

  1. 5 Ingredients or less (in most cases)
  2. Use a creamy milk base (like plant milk or coconut milk) with a sweet and a sour
  3. You can always bet that your smoothie will be begged for when it’s consistency is more like ice cream, Freeze your fruits before you blend.
  4. Prepare all your smoothie bags in advance labeled with the name. Simplifies your day and helps to keep you on track.
